摘要
本文在生产条件下,采用SQH—1型测氢仪等检验手段,系统,定量地研究了相对湿度40%左右时,ZL104合金在熔炼过程中含气量的变化规律;通过浇注不同结构的砂型铸件探讨了铸件针孔度、疏松与合金含气量间的相互关系。
In this paper, the rule of the variety of gases content of Alloy Z1104 in melting process under the production condition of relative humidity of 40% has been Systematically and quantitatively researched by means of SQH-1 type Hydrogen Detector etc.The paper also has discussed the relationship between the gases content in the alloy, the pinhole-grades and the porosity by pouring the sand castings with different structures.
