SURFACE SEGREGATION IN Mo-La ALLOY WIRE

摘要 The surface segregation in Mo-4wt-% La alloy wire has been studied by using Auger elec- tron spectroscopy.The process of the segregation is that the La atoms diffuse from the grain boundaries to surface.The experimental results were analysed by kinetics of grain boundary diffusion.The diffusion activation energy E_(?)=1.6 eV was obtained.
