摘要 对3mm厚5A90铝锂合金板材进行YAG-MIG复合焊试验,发现复合焊虽能增加MIG焊缝的熔宽和熔深,但当焊接电流小于一定阈值时,复合焊效果并非大于二者单独施焊效果之和,即复合焊只能实现"1+1<2"的焊接效果;只有当焊接电流超过该阈值时,复合焊才会出现"1+1>2"的焊接效果,此时复合焊的优势才得以充分体现。这主要是在复合焊接过程中,电流的高低影响熔池的铺展性,进而影响激光对母材的穿透力所致。 The hybrid experiment of YAG laser and MIG arc of 5A90 aluminum-lithium alloy with 3mm thickness was carried out. The results indicate that the width and penetration of hybridweld are higher than that of MIG weld. When the welding current is less than a certain value, the hybrid welding effect is not better than the sum of single laser welding and single arc welding, namely the hybrid welding is appeared by the effect of "1+1〈2". While the welding current exceeds the value, the hybrid welding is appeared by the effect of "1+1〉2", and the advantage of hybrid welding can be sufficiency represented. The main reason is that the spreadability of molten pool is effected by the welding current during the hybrid welding course, and the penetration of laser is also been effected.
