摘要
本文介绍一种简单的大白鼠足跖容积测定方法。测定大白鼠足跖容积,是研究抗炎免疫药物的重要方法,本实验采用普通生理记录仪和自制的设备,方便、准确地记录大白鼠的足跖容积。
A simple method is described that measures the rat's foot volume using common physical recorder. This method is convenient and can be used in reseaches of antinflammatory drugs. The results recorded by this method are more accurate than by other method
