摘要
足够的围手术期营养支持用于严重营养消耗的病人可减少术后并发症和死亡率.但对术前营养正常,或轻度甚至中等营养消耗以及术后恢复正常的病人,围手术期营养支持不减少术后并发症,而且增加了经济负担.
Provision of perioperative nutrition support to severely malnourished patients who require a major operation can decrease risk of postoperative complications and mortality. It can not significantly reduce operative morbidity and/or mortality, but increase medical care costs for mildly, even moderately malnonirshed patienst who experience a normal rehabilitation post-operatively.
