摘要
本文在原来的石炭二叠系界线下面找到了Misellinaclandiae科化石带,因此将杭州地区石炭二叠系界线放在船山组浅灰色含球状藻(船山球)生物泥晶灰岩层之顶部。
It is generally recognized by chinese and foreign geologists that Misellina claudiae Zone is in early permian. The author studied the fossils collected from the upper part of the Chuan shan formation in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, and considered that they belong to the upper carbonif erous.Through recent research, The original stratigraphical division was not only inappropriate in palaeontology, but also in lithostratigraphy. During earliest Permian, Yangzi region belogs to be erasional plain, where therr was not deposited while Hangzhou region being foreslope,where there were limestone and detrital sediment. When Yangzi region began to deposit with detrital sediments of Liangshan formation, Hangzhou region with carbonatite deposits. The different depositional environment results in the respected stratum. Therefore, it is difficult to apply Lithostratigraphical method. According to sequence stratigraphy principle, the origi nal stratigraphical boundary should be revisioned. The author proposed in this paper the new boundary between carboniferous and Permian. In Hangzhou region,between stratum No.1 and No. 2. The dark grey thin-medium bed ded limestone and carbonaceous limestone with Msellena claudiae Zone below the clastic rock member and above the Cirvanella zone of chuanshan formation should be regarded as the lower part of Permian system.
