摘要
CDIO主要用于对工程技术类学生的培养,文章对于在工程管理类学生培养中如何借鉴这种理念进行了探讨,认为教育理念应进行必要的转变,而培养过程中的重要环节也要进行相应的调整,包括:确定培养目标、合理设置课程群、设计有关实践和项目训练、控制与评价等。
CDIO（Coneeive-Design-Implement-Operate） mainly be used in train the engineering technology course student, bow to use this concept for reference in train engineering management course student has been discussed in this paper. The education concept should be transformed, and some important education process also should he adjusted, include determine the education objective, set the courses group rationally, design the practice and training, control and evaluation.
