食品中稀土含量检测的分析质量控制

摘要 为确保1987~1990年间对我国17个省市进行的食品中稀土元素含量的卫生学现场调查的结果的可靠性,对参与调查的4个实验室进行了实验室质量控制。所用方法为多元络合物分光光度—三波长法,最低检出限为0.10μg。各水平总平均回收率为85.3%各实验室的质控样品的测定结果在参考范围之内。测定结果的偏离百分数为4.5%~31%。基本上符合实验室质控要求。 AbstractThe laboratory quality control of four laboratories which took part in the determination ofrare-earth element in foods in 17 provinces and cities have been conducted to ensure reliabilityof the results. The method used in the determination was three wavelength spectrophotometry. The minimum detection limit for rare-earth element was 0.10μg. The averagerecoveries of each level was 85.3%. The testing results of each laboratory were all withinreference limit.The asymmetry coeflicient of the results were 4. 5%一31%.
