摘要
本文将下睑美容整形手术从诊断上区分为下睑眼轮匝肌肥厚、下睑皮肤松弛、真正的下眼袋形成三类。由于诊断的不同,在手术方法上也应有所区别,作者介绍了下眼袋手术的经验与体会,特别是防止睑外翻的具体措施,并对下睑眼袋手术切口以及眶隔脂肪切除方法进行了讨论。
Aesthetic plastic surgery at lower eye- lids is one of common aesthetic surgery. There were 2973 cases out-patient aesthetic operations in our clinic during last year,126 cases(4.5%)operations were at lower eye- lids.According to the diagnosis,We divid- ed the patients into:(1)lower eyelids obric- ularis oculi muscle hypertrophy;(2)lower eyelids skin relaxation;(3)baggy deformity of lower eyelids.The type of operation de- pends on the diagnosis,those who had the obricularis ocull muscle hypertrophy only need partially excision of hypertrophy mus- cle.One with skin relaxation need to thor- oughly dissect and excise excess skin.Pat- ints with baggy deformity need to partially excise orbital fat and intensify the tissue in the front of orbital fat.the authors intro- duced the experiences of operation,especial- ly in the prevention of ectropium of lower eyelids.We also discussed location of the incision and techniques used in the excision of orbital fat.
