摘要
本文主要介绍了用ＦｏｘＢＡＳＥ＋语言建立试题库与管理软件（简称ＭＨＴＣＳ系统）的实现与使用方法，它能对不同层次的学生考试命题，实践证明，它具有很好的使用价值，此系统人机界面新颖、活泼、选题算法合理，操作方便，能快速生成优质试卷且具有很好的可移植性。
This paper mainly discusses the realization of designing the hank of test questions andmanagement system by the FoxBASE + and its usage. The system can make examinationpapers for the students at different levels. It was found that the system is very usefull inpractice and bas following: I/O is originaland lively, the selection of the test questions isreasonable, it is easy to operate, and quickly make the test papers, and it has very goodtransplantationability.
