摘要
本文针对固定式单井采油平台在渤海湾浅海石油开发现状,论述了平台安全生产措施和操作规程,提出了消防。
The present situation of offshore oil development in Bohai Sea by using single well production platform is introduced in this paper. The arrangement of safety measures such as fire-fighting and lifesaving equipment as well as the regulation for operation are investigated and discussed.
