摘要
海洋环境对结构作用分析,表明环境条件的确定是设计优劣的关键。渤海石油廿多年来重视海冰力的确定,对中国海冰进行烈度区划,找到适应中国海域的冰力公式,结构设计更加安全可靠。
The analysis of impact of ocean environment on offshore structures shows that the determination and using of environment conditions is the key problems for the quality in design work. The Bohai Oil Company put more emphasis on the determination of sea force and carried out a work of division of sea area according to the intensity of sea ice during last two decades, on these bases, a formula for calculation of ice force is derived which is appropiated to the sea area in China. These work enable the design of offshore structures more save and reliable.
