摘要
以明渠对数流速分布为基础，提出有冰盖情况下的垂线流速分布公式，并以此论证了现行冰期流速测点布设模式的合理性。
In this paper,according to the logarithmic velocity distribution in the open channal,formula of the distribution of the vertical velocity in condition of ice-cover was formed.The rationalty of the current models on the velocity measuring point arrangements during ice period was verified with this formula.
