摘要
The process of light signal transduction in photomorphogenesis research is still unknown. Based on the model described by Haupt and Weisenseel, Roux et al. proposed that some phytochrome responses were mediated by calcium ions. This hypothesis has been demonstrated by two well-characterized phytochrome responses, i.e. chloroplast rotation in the alga, Mougeotiat, and red light stimulating spore germenation in the fern, Onoclea.
