摘要
传统上乙状结肠扭转坏死需造瘘行Ⅱ期手术.本文对15例患者行肠切除全层单层吻合术,术后无1例发生吻合口瘘.作者讨论了吻合术式与吻合口愈合的关系、吻合术式与吻合口瘘的关系、吻合术式与吻合口狭窄的关系.
By means of fistulization the secondary operation was performed in necrosis caused by volvulus of sigmoid. 15 patients had all layer through singal-layer anastomosis in enterectomy and no fistula occurs. The authors discuss the relation between the operational type and the healing and the fistula and the stenosis.
