摘要
对民用建筑工程的定性评价，逐句取舍后，通过Ｆｕｚｚｙ映射换算成定量的评分，实现了曾被人们认为是不太可能的定量评价．该法有极大的通用性．几乎适用于所有以定性指标为主的评价对象．
In order to realize the quantitative evaluation of a civil building engineering the authr points out first to accept or reject sentences of the qualitative comments one by one, then to use the fuzzy mapping technique to convert the qualitative comments into the quantitative marks, thus to realize the quantitative evaluation. The use of this method will be very wide, almost suitable for all objects which are evaluated by the qualitative comments.
