摘要
口腔颌面外科小手术在门诊治疗工作中占有相当比例,这些手术在门诊治疗室及局麻下即可完成,以前常用法为常规手术疗法。自从我科引进Nd^(+3)—YAC激光治疗机(医用,Nd^(+3)—YAG100型)后,笔者通过临床实践,现将两者的优缺点及适应症进行一些初探。
The operation of oral - maxillofacial surgery accounts for a large proportion in ambulatory treatment, and the operation needn't be performed in the operating - room, it can be carried out under local anesthesia in clinic. In the past, routine operative treatment was usually used; whereas, with the introduction of Nd+3-YAG Laser Therapeutic Machine (Type 100), the Laser therapy is applied. According to the experience in clinic, the authors analysed the advantages and disadvantages and indications respectively.
