国产与进口安克(ANKE)干糖浆体外抗菌作用比较

摘要 本文主要测定了安克干糖浆(ANKE)国产与进口制剂对临床分离致病菌的药敏试验,结果表明:国产与进口ANKE干糖浆对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、变形杆菌有较好的抑制作用,对阴沟杆菌、沙雷氏菌在药物浓度较高时有一定的抑制作用,对绿脓杆菌耐药,同时测定了不同接种菌量对MIC的影响,结果显示接种菌量对国产与进口安克干糖浆MIC值影响甚微。 The in vitro activies of Anke against 235 dinical isolates. The results indicated that there was in signif-cent difference in antibacterical efficacy between home - made and imported and one. The effect of Anke was very well against S. sureus.E. Coli,S. typhi Strains of the B cholerae and S. serratia were inhibited with more high concentration of Anke. The strains of P. aeruginosa were resistance to Anke.
