摘要
1980～1995年间收治前列腺增生手术后再住院患者36例。再住院的原因有:出血,膀胱颈挛缩,尿道狭窄,腺体残留,前列腺癌,膀胱结石,尿路感染,尿失禁。作者对再入院原因进行分析,并对防治这些井发症提出具体意见。
35 patietns with late complications alter prostatectomy were managed trom 1980 to 1995. These late complications consisted of secondary bleeding, contracture of bladder neck, urethal stricture, ade-nomatous remnants, carcinoma of prostate, vesical calculus, urinary infection and incontinence. In this study concrete suggestions were presented regarding prevention and treatment of these late complications.
