摘要
大学生就业问题是当前中国经济社会发展过程中一个十分突出的社会经济问题,并引起了社会各界的普遍关注。借助社会资本理论,研究影响高职高专大学生就业影响的因素,分析高职高专大学毕业生如何在求职中运用自己的社会资本,对于解决高职高专大学生就业难的问题具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
Graduate Employment issues, which have aroused widespread concern from all sectors of the society, are very prominent socio-economic issues in China＇s current economic and social development process. This paper is to study the factors in the impact of employment of higher vocational college students and the use of the students＇ social capital with social capital theory. It has significant theoretical and practical meanings on the solution of Graduate Employment issues.
