摘要
本文报导了利用微波热效应法合成硅酸盐、钨酸盐、磷酸盐无机荧光粉的结果。X射线粉末衍射数据确证了其晶体结构,证明这些荧光粉晶相组成纯净。还利用日立——850型荧光光谱仪测定了其激发和发射光谱。研究了激活剂、助熔剂等因素对荧光粉发光亮度的影响。
In this paper, we have respectively discussed tungstates, silicate and phosphat phosphors synthesized by the Microwave thermal method. The data of X-Ray Powder Diffraction have proved these phosphors'structure and their pure crystal composition. The excitation and emission spectra are detected by using the fluorescent spectrometer, model Hitach 850. The factors which influence the luminescent brightness are also studied, such as activators and fluxing agents.
