摘要
本文对近五年来,超微电极的发展作了评述。对超微电极的理论、制作、应用等分别作了总结。
The review deals with the development and applicatior of ultromicroelectrodes at home and abroad during the period of 1990 to mid of 1994. The works on ultromicroelectrodes, such as theory, fabrication, application have been reviewed.
