摘要
应用电视腹腔镜治疗肝、肾、胰包虫11例,除1例因包虫囊肿位于右肝顶后部,与膈肌紧密粘连,无法完成腹腔镜手术而中转开腹外,10例手术获得成功。对包虫囊肿的术中处理,手术的适应证、禁忌证进行了讨论。
Eleven patients with hepatic,renal or pancreatic echinococciasis were treated by laparoscopic technique. Among them, 10 were cured and 1 was turned into laparotomy. Some problems about operative procedures, indications and contra-indications were discussed.
