摘要
本文介绍了基体辅助激光解吸质谱法及其对花生蛋白分子量的测定,得到了分辩率较好,灵敏度较高的结果,与常规分析法相比较,该法克服了常规方法的操作复杂,样品消耗量大,准确度不高的诸多缺点。
The method of matrix assisted lasser desorption mass spectrometry has been istroducted to determine the molecular weight of peanut protein, the results show that the accaracy and sensitivity are much higher than that of general methods.
