摘要
17例胎龄>35周的新生儿,分成胰岛素组8例和对照组9例,观察TPN时脂肪乳剂清除的影响。结果显示胰岛素组7天观察中,TG、TC和PL下降,对照组TPN第3天TG、TC升高,仅在第7天下隆。表明胰岛素1u·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)有降血脂作用。HDL-C,LDL-C及Apo-A_1,Apo-B的变化与上述变化有关。
This paper reported 17 stress neoborn infants, whose gestation were over 35 weeks, and were divided 8 cases in insulin group and other 9 in control group. We observed the clearance of fat emulti-on during TPN. The results showed that TG, TC and PL decreased in insulin group during 7-day study and only TG, TC decreased on the seventh day of TPN in control group, while TG, TC and PL were increased on the third day of TPN. These proved that insulin can decrease serum fatty lever. The changes of serum TG, TC concentration are relative to HDL-c, LDL-c and Apo-Al, Apo-B leverl.
