摘要
为克服肢体导联的肌电干扰,将4个肢体导联电极均移至躯干部,比较分析正常人、病人电极移位前后的常规心电图(ECG)时域值和高频心电图(HFECG)的高频成分的改变。初步发现了既能保护各波波形方向、时程基本不变,又能有效地排除肌电干扰,幅度有所增加的躯干电极安放位置。
In order to eliminate the muscle interference,we removed the for limb electrodes to the related placement of the body surface of trank,then analyzed the differenceon the timedomain-value of the ECG and high frequency components between the two kindsof placement.At last,we got an ideal one. The muscle interference was evidently reduced,theamplitude rised,while the direction and the duration of waves was steady.
