摘要
该文介绍了非电零部件可靠性加速寿命试验技术概况以及存在的问题，提出了几种可靠性加速寿命试验方法，重点阐述了强化载荷法，指出了用于可靠性加速寿命试验的使用载荷谱和试验载荷谱的测试、数据处理及编制方法，最后给出了可靠性加速寿命试验的试验方案设计技术。
This paper presents a survey of reliability and accelerated life test of non-electric parts in tank and their existing problems. Several methods for reliability and accelerated life tests are proposed. and, especially, a Strengthening load method is described. It is also pointed out how to process the measured data of load spectrum of service and load spectrum of above-mentioned tests. Finally, a technology of test scheme design for reliability and accelerated life tset is presented.
