摘要
目前,恶性肿瘤有效的治疗方法之一为化疗。但多数化疗药物作用于机体后,会产生一定的毒副反应,使病人在出现明显疗效的同时出现不同程度的毒性反应。因此,在护理工作中,要熟知化疗药物的性能、给药方法及给药途径,做好化疗病人毒副反应的仔细观察与耐心护理,以减轻病人痛苦,顺利完成化疗,达到延长生存期及治愈的目的。
Chemotherapy is one of the effective methods for the treatment of malignant tumors. Most drugs of chemotherapy have some toxic side effects. Therefore, nurses must understand what side effects are and the approach to administration. Nurses should observe patients carefully and patienlly so as to reduce the adverse effects, complete chemotherapy smoothly, and enhance the survival rate or cure the disease.
