摘要
介绍了柑桔类果粒饮料的加工方法。该种方法经济实用，适合于中小饮料厂。
This paper introduces a processing way of citrus pulp partical drink. This way is economical and practical. It is not only suit for the middle or small factory but also suit for the large scale production.
