摘要
对非药食同源的5种补益中草药灵芝、冬虫夏草、红芪、锁阳、杜仲的急性毒性、致突变性及生殖毒性进行了毒理学实验研究,对其安全性做出评价,并对保健食品存在的问题及解决对策提出了建议。
This paper is concerned with acute toxicity, mutagenicity, and reproductive toxicityof five replenishing and restoring herbs from Gansu Province (lucid ganoderma, cordyceps, sweetvetch root, cynomorium, eucommia bark). The safety of them is evaluated and the application of health care food had been discussed.
