摘要
本文探讨了中国女子垒球运动员时机能水平。测试结果如下:CO和SV分别为4.27±0.70L/min和82.4±13.7ml。30″无氧功率的平均值为457.8±56.3W,下降率为49.4±8.99%,运动中最高心率为147.5±11.0次/分,运动后血乳酸水平为9.268±2.059mmol/L,结果提示运动员的无氧能力欠佳。垒球投手的双膝关节肌力的耐力指数均超过70%。 世界水平投手王丽红的心脏功能和膝关节肌力明显优于其他投手,投球臂腕关节的伸/屈肌力比率显著高于其他投手。 国际比赛后的血乳酸水平,投手为1.568±0.397mmol/L,场员进攻得分后为4.290±1.120mmol/L。
The functional Levels of players of Chinese Women Softball Team were evaluated in this study. The results are following: CO and SV were 4.27 ± 0.70L/min and 82.4 ± 13.7ml respectively. The Apave. was 457.8 ± 56.3W, the percentage of decrease was 49.4 ± 8.99% in the Ap test. The peak heart rate was 147. 5 ?11. Ob/min during the At test, and the lactate level was 9.268 ± 2.059mmol/L after the Ap test. These showed that the anaerobic power of the players was not good enough. The endurance ratios of pitchers' knee strength were all over 70% in both extension and flexion.The cardiac function and the knee strength of Wang Lihong, the world level pitcher, were much better than those of other pitchers. Her E/F ratio of the wrist strength in dominant arm was much higher than those of other pitchers.The lactate levels after international competition were 1. 568 ± 0. 397 in pitchers and 4.290 ± 1.120mmol/L in marking players.
