摘要
鲎(Limuluspolyhemus)腹神经感光器在生理盐水(Ca2+10mmol/L)中被持续的弱光照射后产生的一种新的光碰击被记录了.这种新的光碰击在它振幅大小(Jmax)、信号下降相的半时间(T2)与上升相的半时间(T1)的比值,信号的指数衰退时间常数(λ)等碰击的参数上1不同于“C1光磁击”和“C2光碰击”.并且这种新的碰击类型对细胞外的钙离子浓度变化有很强的敏感性.这3种光碰击类型可能是感光器内酶反应链不同支链活动的结果.
A new type of quantum bump was recorded in the ventral photoreceptors in Limulus polyphemus, which were continuously illuminated with dim llght in physiological saline, The criterion for distinction between the new type of bump and the 'c1 bump' and 'c2 bump' is the parameters of bump that are the amplitude (Jmax), the half time of the decay of a bump divided by its half time of the rising phase (T2/T1 ) and the tAne constant of the exponential decay (λ).Moreover the new t3?e of bump is highly sensitive to the change of the concentration of calcium in the experimenal solutions. The three bump types which are generatcd in one photoreceptor may be the activation of different transduction pathware.
