应用CPM装置防治下肢手术后膝关节僵直(附399例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 膝关节僵直是下肢骨与关节损伤或手术后最常见的并发症。作者运用根据Salter的CPM原理设计的髋、膝关节运动机,于伤后或下肢骨与关节术后进行持续被动运动,每日二次,每次二小时,两周为一疗程,治疗399例,其中股骨下骨折内固定术后84例,股骨一次延长72例,小腿延长163例。股骨髁上后倾截骨66例,股骨头缺血性坏死胎儿软骨移植14例,有效率98%。根据CPM装置的工作原理及作用机制,作者首次用于骨关节损伤和术后防止关节僵直,并对使用中注意的问题进行探讨。 After lower limb bones and uoints were injured and operated, the common complication was the stiffness of knee joint. According with the theoty of Salter, the authors selected the CPM machine. The patients were treated by CPM machine after injured or postoperation. The patients were treated twice everyday-It took for hours to treat them everyday. The time of one of the course of treatment was 2 weeks. 391 patients were treated. There were 84 cases of internal fixation of fracture of femur shaft. 72 cases of femoral lengthening, 163 cases of distraction dlongation of leg. 66 cases supra condylar osteotomy of femur, 14 cases of fetal cartilage transplation for treatment of arascular necrosis of femoral head. The effective rate attained 98%. It were the authors who joints injured or postoperated in order to prevents whose bonse and joints injured or postoperated in order to prevent the joints stiffness according fo theory and mechanism of CPM machine.
