摘要
为寻找一种简便、确实的肩周炎治疗方法,本文观测了24侧成人上肢标本肩胛上神经肩关节支的数目、起始、走行和分布,共有肩关节支60支,每侧2～4支,分布于肩锁关节、肩峰下滑囊、喙肩韧带、肩关节囊的上部,且关节支起始部位恒定,易于判定,选择性肩押上神经关节支切断加功能锻炼治疗肩周炎是可行的。
To find a simple and reliable therapy for periarthritis of shoulder joint,the number,origin , course and distribution of articular branches of suprascapular nerve in shoulder joint were observed on 24 upper extremites. The numbers of the branches were 2-4 in each and 60 in all limbs . The branches innervated acromioclavicular joint ,Subacromial bursa ,coracoacromial ligament and upper part of shoulder joint capsule . They have regular origination and are identified easily. It is pracicable for removing articular branches of suprascapular nerve and adding functional exercise to treat periarthrities of shoulder.
