摘要
本文分析了排球意识的形成过程及其在训练和比赛中的意义，提出了在技术训练过程中，必须同时进行排球意识的培养，才能把学与练，用与变结合起来。
This essay analyses the formation process of volleyball consciousness and it's significane in both training and matches. It points out that learning can only be combined with training and application if one trains the volleyball consciousness at the same time.
