叙述了合肥市的自然条件，回顾了解放后的最初十年合肥市城市建设过程，并以当时的观点提及了合肥市建设发展规划。
The natural condition of Hefei is discussed. The construction progress of Hefei is recalled in ten years after liberation and the developing planning of Hefei is mentioned by the viewpoint at that time.
