摘要
根据三十多年的合肥市建设发展过程，论述了城市规划应从实际出发，又要兼顾远期发展和高标准原则，并证明了合肥城市规划方针的正确性。
The constructing process of Hefei city is.The urban planning must be integrated with practice. Consideration must be given to both the forward development and the high demands in urban planning. It is proved that the city planning of Hefei is right and suitable.
