急性缺血性脑卒中rt-PA溶栓现状
摘要
rt-PA是重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂,经过数年的临床试用,以及多个中心的临床试验,结果表明该药可能具有很大应用前景。结合文献对该药在急性缺血性脑卒中的应用现状进行阐述。
