摘要
从电流的磁场公式和涡旋电场的环流公式出发．用对比方法得出计算涡旋电场的一般公式，并解答几个基本问题。
A general formula of calculating rotational field is obtained with the method of contrast based on the formulas of the magnetic field of electric current and the rotational field of circulating current. A few basic questions are answered.
