摘要
目的:研究糖尿病微血管病变与血浆内皮素水平的关系。方法:用放射免疫法测定33例正常人及86例糖尿病无合并微血管病变者和66例糖尿病并微血管变病者的血浆内皮素(ET)水平。结果:糖尿病患者血浆ET水平较正常人明显升高(P<0.01);而并发微血管病变组与无并发微血管病变组相比,血浆ET水平升高更为显著(P<0.01)。结论:血浆ET水平的升高可能与糖尿病微血管病变的发生发展有关。
Objective:To study the relation between the diabetes microngiopathy and the level of plasma en-dothelin (ET). Methods: The level of plasma ET was mesured with radio- immunity assay (RIA) in 33 healthy subjects, 86 diabetes patients without micloangiopathy and 66 patients with diabetes microangiopathy. Results : The level of plasma ET in diabetes patients was higher than those of thealthy subsjects significantly ( P < 0.01). And the level of plasma ET in the group with diabetes microangiopathy was higher significantly than the group without diabetes micloangiopathy (P<0.01) . Conclusion:The raised level of plasma ET in the diabetes patients may result diabetes microangiopathy and promot it to develop.
