摘要
本文结合该校实践经验及中专学校体育的特点，论述了培养中专生终身体育意识的必要性和重要性，以及终身体育意识培养的途径和方法。
This thesis discusses the necessity and importance of training the students of secondary technical schools in their lifelong sports consciousness and discusses the channels and ways in training their lifelong sports consciousness through the combination of the practical experience in our school with the characteristics of sports in secondary technical schools.
