摘要
本文通过对21世纪我国社会发展趋势的分析，预测出未来社会对人才素质的基本要求。按照我国教育必须坚持“三个面向”的方针，紧密结合学校体育的实际探讨了学校体育功能的本质属性以及学校体育为适应未来社会发展所需人才应具有的诸种功能．
This essay predicts some basic qualities of talented people in future society on analysis of the developing tendency of China. In accordance with the Chinese education policy:to meet the needs of the modernization,the future society and the world,it studies the nature of school physical education and its functions to meet the needs of future qualified people.
