摘要
目的:探索一种用纸片血清标本法为基层部队广大官兵进行肝功能测定的新途径。方法:采用信件邮寄纸片血清标本进行HBsAg、ALT及CG等肝功能测定实验研究及临床应用。结果:162例HBsAg对照测定结果完全相同,108例CG及50例ALT对照测定结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。1425名基层部队官兵中HBsAg阳性者46例(3.2%),伴有肝功能受损者17例(占HBsAg阳性者37.0%);778名刚入伍新兵中HBsAg阳性者3例(0.4%)。结论:本研究为基层部队广大官兵就地进行肝功能测定提供一种简便、可靠的方法。
A new avenue of reserch to assay liver function with the serum samples in fiter paper for a lot of officers and sholdiers in basal troops on the spot was quested.Method:The experiments and clinical applications of liv- er function tests including HBsAg,ALT and CG with the serum samples in filter paper through mailing were per- formed.Results:162 HBsAg tests with the serum samples in filter paper were wholly same and 108CG tests and 50 ALT tests with it had no significant difference(P>0.05) as compared with fresh serum samples.There were 46 (3.2%) men that positive HBsAg tests had been proved,in which 17(37.0%) men had lesions of liver function, in 1425 officers and sholdiers of basal troops.There were 3(0.4%)men that positive HBsAg tests had been proved in 778 recruits who reached two weeks ago.Conclusion:the study is a simple and reliable method to assay liver function for a lot of officers and sholdiers in basal troops on the spot.
