摘要
目的:观察正常成熟豚鼠面神经核团内神经生长因子(NGF)的分布及定位。方法:免疫组化ABC方法。结果:NGF阳性产物广泛分布于面神经核团的细胞质内。结论:NGF在成熟面神经核团内可能具有营养和维持神经生长的作用。
Objective:Studying the distribution of nerve growth factor (NGF) in the facial nerve nucleus of normal guinea pigs. Methods: Using immunohistochemical technical ABC method. Results :NFD-ir was found extensive in facial nerve nucleus. Conclusion:The NGF can play a role to preserne function.
