摘要
近年来，小流域治理综合效益评价指标体系研究有较快发展，总结成果并推陈出新有助于寻求更为科学、系统和实用的评价指标体系，是流域治理评价规范化的出路。该文对国内小流域治理综合效益评价的主要指标体系进行了分析和归类，并选取指标频度≥0．44的11个指标对黄河中游4条小流域的治理效益作了评价。由此例可知：这11个指标具有较强的客观性、普遍适用性，为水土保持效益评价的科学化、规范化提供了参考。
The research on the indictor systems of comprehensive benefits watershed management in China were synthesized, and the 11 indictors to construct the indictor systemwere selected according to the frequency of all indictors chosen in the references concerned.The benefits of four watershed in the middle reaches of the Yellow river were comprehensively appraised and analyzed, it provides a basis for the subjective, general and scientific evaluation of soil and water conservation benefits.
