摘要
换热网络优化是化工生产过程中常遇到的一类问题,它除了与实际工业应用直接相关外,还是一个具有足够复杂性的可用来检验和评价新的优化技术的工程对象。本文在阐述换热网络优化的概念和意义的基础上,概述了两种常用的换热网络优化方法:热力学分析法和数学规划法。而后又引入了一种以生物进化思想为基础的渐进优化法(EvolutionaryOptimization),将新发展的优化器与模拟器联接,同时进行参数和网络结构的优化。
Heat exchanger network is a common kind of problems in the chemical engineering optimization process. Besides its direct relevance to practical industrial application, it presents an adequate complexity class to test new techniques of numerical optimization and a new method to appraise them. After a brief introduction of its concept and significance for heat exchanger network optimization, this paper gives a short survey of two methods used in heat exchanger network optimization. The first one is based on thermodynamic analysis, while the second one uses igorous numerical approach. Afterwards an alternative Evolutionary Optimization Method based on the paradigm of evolutionary optimization is introduced. The newly developed optimizer module is coupled to the simulator. The program package allows the optimization of parameters as well as network structure.
