摘要
分析了以往用于克服CO2气保焊缺陷的方法的不足之处,在此基础上提出采用熔滴表面张力过渡(Surface-Tension-Transfer)(简称STT)方法来改善焊接效果并对采用该方法研制的NBC-400GBT逆变焊机作了简要介绍,解决了全桥电路的高频变压器偏磁问题,通过试验得出最佳电流波形。
The method of surface-tention-transfer of droplets of electrodes is put up on the basis of analvzing the shortages of the old methods used to overcome CO 2 welding drawback and a new type of microcomputer controlled NBC-400IGBT inverter power source is developed by this method in the paper. The magnetic bias in high frequency transformer of full bridge inverter is overcome successfully.Experimental results of the best current waves are given.
