摘要
本文通过简要叙述福州市城市住宅建筑发展过程中的成绩及存在问题，提出繁荣建筑评论，提高大众意识，从而推动住宅规划设计水平。
By ralated the successful and the existing problem from the development of Fuzhou housing design, this article has pointed out that we should devdlop architectural review and public idea to improve the level of housing plan and design
