摘要
通过向纯硫酸锌溶液和工厂实际氧化锌所造硫酸锌溶液中,加入各种类型的有机物来模拟锌电积过程。借助金相、扫描电子显微研究和电化学研究,来考察有机物对电流效率和沉积锌结构的影响。试验证实了电解电流效率降低及沉积锌结晶差的主要原因是氧化锌粉中有机物的影响。通过研究,找到了可行的解决方法,使电流效率达到85%以上。
Several types of orgarnic were added in sulphate solutions made of pure zinc sulphate and/or zinc oxide from zinc plant to simulate the zinc electrowinning process SEM, metallographic and electrochemical examinations wer carried out to investigate the effect of organic on current efficiency and zinc deposit. It is verified that organic existing in zinc oxide plays an important role in decreasing the current efficiency and deteriorating crystal struture of zinc deposit. Feasible method for weakening thes effect has been developed and a high current efficiency of 85% is achieved.
