摘要
票据保证是为了票据债务切实履行而提供的一种保证．票据债务同一般的民事债务相比具有其特殊性，因而，票据保证同一般民事保证相比，其法律特征及其法律效力均具有其特殊性．对票据保证的法律特征、法律效力等有关问题进行探讨．
The bill ensuring is a kind of guarantee given to fulfill practically the bill debt.The bill debt compared with a general civil debt has its specific characteristics.In this paper,the problems relating to the law characteris of the bill ensuring are discussed.
